LLFlex appoints executive chairman
Larry Posner has been appointed as executive chairman and member of the board of directors of LLFlex, a specialist in packaging materials and industrial laminate solutions for the wire and cable, building and construction, consumer packaging and other printable substrate markets.
LLFlex, a portfolio company of private investment firm Centre Lane Partners, has manufacturing operations in Kentucky and North Carolina, with sales and supply chain offices in the USA, UK and China; it markets its products through a network of global agents and partners.
Mr Posner joins after four years as a member of Centre Lane Partners' in-house portfolio operations team. He was an integral member of the LLFlex executive management team over the preceding six months, having previously served as the company's interim CFO.

Prior to Centre Lane Partners, Mr Posner was a managing director at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on interim CEO roles and performance improvement initiatives with private equity owned companies. He joins LLFlex during an expansion period, including scale-up at its new 73,500-square-foot fully integrated manufacturing facility in High Point, North Carolina. The plant houses high-speed equipment for custom laminating, coating, embossing and slitting, to address growing product demand.
